these spots are ok during the offseason. don't know about summer. but

there are secluded open beaches adjacent to these that are good

locations too. midland beach is a good bet during summers which is

also part of gateway and plenty of parking. am going to try there

first during summer. also the very north tip of south beach is

possibility where the boardwalk ends and a small parking lot is.

     Indeed great spot.. I went there last week to see.. Plenty of space.. 
If this place is actually AVAILABLE during summer, it will be one of my fav destinations for S winds when I can't get a ride to the island that is 
Useful images.. Joe. !  
My biggest worry was that " No personal watercraft" sign..  What is included is a BIG quesiton..  
But I talked to locals, windsurfers were coming there for a while now.. But you MUST launch at that "brick house" on the north part.. That's where they launch..
